Apple blocks Siri AI on iPhone + iPad in the EU at launch — DMA talks reach impasse, 450M users cut off

Apple confirmed June 9 via its own newsroom that Siri AI will not launch on iPhone and iPad in the EU when iOS 27 and iPadOS 27 ship later this year.
